Return Policy
You should return your item accompanied by your proof-of-purchase within 24hrs where the attendant shall verify your purchased item for any damage, package and reason for return. They there after tag the item with a returns label with your original order or purchase receipt. All you need to do is come with the receipt and your The Perfume to the Shop.
The shop attendant will scan your Item and verify your purchase receipt with a unique reference code of the purchased item. This code can be used to track your purchased item from our inventory, it will also work on our POS system Search option in the store.
How It Works
1. Package your purchased item in an envelop or box accompanied with your proof of purchase. Ensure it is in a resalable condition.
2. Drop it off at the specific point of purchase (our shop outlet) for item scanning and verification by our shop attendant.
3. For items not in stock you shall be given a track receipt. Keep the track receipt for follow up of your item. Our shop assistants shall call you once the item is re-stocked.
4. You shall be given another similar item of the same value or an alternative item of similar value.

When you drop your returns parcel off at specific purchase shop outlet, you’ll be given a returns receipt with a tracking number if your item is not in stock – use it to follow-up, to keep up to date with the status of the returns parcel delivery and arrival at the store; or if your item is in stock you shall be given the similar item or an alternative choice of similar purchase value. When The Perfume Shop receive your parcel at their warehouse, they’ll then refund the order or refund the amount to the account your originally paid with.
